(IMG:http://grenadatravelforum.com/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I am planning my trip from Canada to Grenada for April/May via Caracas. Are there flights out of Caracas to Grenada or other coastal airports near Caracas? Thanks for your help in advance.

Rod,
I will do some research for you later today / tonight. Many people go via Trinidad or go to there, but I will look into your request. (IMG:http://grenadatravelforum.com/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) -------------------- |

I am coming from Vancouver via Seatlle and Houston Texas. Any flights I researched via Toronto are almost twice the price. I have a friend going to Caracas this weekend and she is paying $1100.00CA all fees in return, so I thought I might try the same route. I don't mind if I have to stay a couple days in Caracas. Trinidad sounds interesting as Anse has mentioned. I appreciate your advice and help on this subject and any other advice is welcome, more the better. I'm also looking for accomidation in Grenada, I will be staying 3 weeks, so I might like to stay at 2 or 3 different place's, spread the wealth so to speak. Hey!! what is the power out put 208 or 110 on Grenada, I have access to a bunch of used computers our company is replacing and I have the responsibility to rid of them, thought maybe the schools might be able to use them. Thanks again.

Rod,
220 Volt / 50 cycle unless you have a converter. Many desktop / tower computers have a switch on the power supply to change over the currencies. You can look at the back of the unit where the power cord plugs in and see this pretty close by if it has one. Many laptops have the ability to use dual voltage, you just need to read the label on the "box" that is inline with the cord to see if you have this. You would also want to make arrangements with someone first if you are going to be sending them down as a donation, so they can get thru customs easier. Let us know if you need help with this. -------------------- |
