Hi there,
2 friends and myself had the idea of going to grenada for a week (arriving on 6th of march – i know, very short notice). We are students so our budget is very limited and we have very low demands – any suggestions for a low cost accomodation? + How much money do you approximately need for food per day? thanx! paul |

Try Lazy Lagoon Cottages & Bar http://www.grenadaexplorer.com/lazylagoon/ or Tropicana Inn http://www.tropicanainn.com/ both on Lagoon Road with a nice view, and within walking distance to town.
Tropicanna Inn has good food which can be taken out or eaten in. There is also a good restaurant for rotis, etc. very close to Lazy Lagoon and their great bar. If you are in the Grand Anse Beach area one day or two, try the St. George's Medical University Grand Anse Campus restaurant for cheap. good food and lots of it for lunch or dinner. Enter from the beach side to avoid having to show a pass. Rick's in the Grand Anse Shopping Mall has excellent food like hamburgers and pizza for reasonable cost. Nick's donut shop has deli food and is heavily frequented by the students. Hope this is time to help. |
