Hi.

Would really like some help with regards to the Grenada Grand Beach Resort. I have heard mixed reports on it in terms of the physical looks of it, facilities and services. So what is the real story?

Are the facilities and rooms up to standard? Is the par 3 mini golf course in decent shape? By the way does anyone know if it is 9 holes or 18 holes.

I know it probably the biggest resort onthe islands, but how good is it?

Any info would be great.

Thanks

Hi Keith,

I think I should have a recent photo of the golf course. Please give me some time to search for it and I will post it for you here.

Have recently come back from GGB and it's doing much better. Everything has a roof apart from reception! The rooms are certainly up to standard as are the bar/restaurant facilities and the staff are always friendly and helpful. There is still no tennis, golf or watersports. I understand the greenkeeper from one of the closed hotels is coming in very soon to try and sort the golf course out. The other plus/minus (depends on how you look at it!) is that there are approximately 100 med students staying at the hotel while their dorms are sorted out - I understand that they are there until 1st June.

Hope that helps

That should be interesting. (IMG:http://grenadatravelforum.com/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Sometimes, it was a little too quiet there, and I am sure the kids will liven things up !
