villa rental versus hotel, anyone stay at villa? Options

Click on the Grenada Explorer link just under the blue banner at the top of the page on this site. Go to the left panel and scroll down until you reach the "Investments" heading. Then click on the link under it, "General Infortmation". When the page comes up, scroll to the bottom where you will see three links to bona fide realty & rental agents. Clinck on each of their links and go to their web sites. These are all good, honest, established agents who will do their best to get you what you want. They will not mislead you.

They are "Grenada Property Management", "Remax Grenada", and "Island Realty".

The Calabash Hotel has been a top end luxury resort in Grenada for many years. You don't see very many reports on it because it caters to the top 10% economically of visitors.  I have never heard a negative comment on the hotel in 25 years except that it is pricey. I also think that visitors who stay there don't care if it's pricey, so the pricey comment is really moot.
