I've been having an interest in vacation villas in Grenada for a while now. I've noticed that very few visitors to this discussion board have posted questions, etc., regarding stays at villas. Also many villas are listed for sale by various agents. Does anyone know if this is a dying sector? Is this still a worthwhile investment opportunity in Grenada? Can they compete with the small hotels?
